Dr. Parnes graduated from Howard Dental School in 1982 and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Alpha Omega Dental Society. His practice offers family care, cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatment, emergency appointments, and sedation options — all under one roof, without corporate ownership or rotating providers.
