For larger treatments such as implants, full-arch restorations, or extensive cosmetic work, we accept third-party financing through CareCredit. Monthly payments can be structured over six to 24 months, depending on the case and the credit approval.

New patients without insurance can use one of two upfront specials. A $125 New Patient Exam includes the exam and X-rays. A $199 New Patient Exam plus Healthy Mouth Cleaning includes the exam, X-rays, and a cleaning (in the absence of periodontal disease).

Most of our Kennesaw Mountain patients tell us the drive is worth it because Dr. Parnes has been in practice locally for more than 40 years and they trust the continuity. The drive is 8 to 10 minutes from the Kennesaw Mountain area. We are also in-network with Delta Dental and take most other major plans, which closer-but-out-of-network practices often are not.
