Dental Services for Woodstock Families
Cleanings, Sealants, and Kids' Preventive Care
Routine cleanings every six months are the foundation of preventive care for adults and kids. For school-age children, dental sealants applied to the chewing surfaces of permanent molars are one of the most effective ways to lower cavity risk through the elementary and middle school years.
Fillings, Crowns, and Restorative Work
Tooth-colored fillings restore decayed teeth so the repair blends with the surrounding tooth. Crowns and bridges restore teeth that are too damaged for a filling and replace missing teeth in ways that keep your bite stable. Root canal therapy is offered when a tooth's pulp is infected and the tooth can be saved.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, cosmetic bonding, and Invisalign® clear aligners are all offered. Smile makeovers combine several of these into a single treatment plan when the goal is a broader change.
Dental Implants
Single-tooth implants, multiple-tooth implants, and All-on-4 implant-supported dentures replace missing teeth with a long-term restoration that looks and functions like natural teeth.
Same-Day Dental Emergencies
A chipped tooth, a knocked-out tooth, a broken crown, or a sudden severe toothache all qualify as dental emergencies. Same-day appointments are available when called for in the morning during business hours. The office is closed evenings and weekends; severe pain outside business hours should be evaluated at urgent care or an emergency room until the office reopens.
About Woodstock
Woodstock is a fast-growing city in Cherokee County that combines small-town charm with modern convenience. A revamped downtown anchors walkable streets, local boutiques, breweries, coffee shops, and frequent community events. The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta and the everyday shopping along Highway 92 round out the practical options minutes away.
Outdoor time is easy here. The Greenprints Trail system and Noonday Creek Trail connect neighborhoods to parks and playgrounds, and Lake Allatoona offers boating, fishing, and lakeside picnics within a short drive. Families appreciate well-kept neighborhoods, area schools, and access to youth sports. Commuting is straightforward with I-575 connections to Kennesaw, Marietta, and metro Atlanta.

For patients without insurance, the practice offers a $125 new-patient exam with X-rays, or a $199 new-patient exam with X-rays and a healthy mouth cleaning (in the absence of periodontal disease). These cannot be combined with insurance and apply to new patients only.

Woodstock Patient Questions
How long does it take to drive from downtown Woodstock?
About 15 minutes off-peak via Main Street to GA-92 west. From the I-575 corridor, plan for about 18 minutes via I-575 south to I-75 south, exiting at Glade Road and following GA-92 west into Acworth. Free parking is available on site.
Are you accepting new patients from the Woodstock area?
Yes. New patients are welcome. Call (770) 657-7120 or use the online booking link to schedule. The first visit includes a full exam, digital X-rays, and a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Parnes. Completing the new-patient forms online before your visit speeds up check-in.
Do you see children and the whole family?
Yes. The practice handles family dentistry for patients of all ages, including children. Many Woodstock families schedule back-to-back appointments so siblings or parents and kids can be seen on the same trip. The team is comfortable working with school-age kids on routine cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
Do you offer Saturday or evening appointments?
No. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. If weekday hours are difficult to schedule, the most flexible slots are typically the 8:00 to 9:00 AM block, lunchtime, and the last hour of the day. Same-day cancellation slots sometimes open up; ask to be added to the cancellation list when you book.
Do you place dental sealants for school-age kids?
Yes. Dental sealants are a thin protective coating placed on the chewing surfaces of permanent molars, typically when those teeth first come in around ages 6 and 12. Sealants are one of the most effective ways to lower cavity risk during the elementary and middle school years, and they can be placed quickly at a regular cleaning visit.
