Dental Services for Yacht Club Estates Residents
Most of what we do day-to-day is preventive: cleanings, exams, sealants for kids, and oral cancer screenings. The rest of the work falls into a few categories that come up regularly with our lake-community patients.
Preventive Care and Cleanings
Twice-yearly cleanings and exams are how we keep small problems from becoming big ones. We use digital X-rays, which use less radiation than older film, and we walk you through anything we see on the images so you understand the why behind any recommendation.
Same-Day Emergency Care
If you crack a tooth on a Friday afternoon or wake up with a swollen jaw, call us. We hold same-day slots for patients in pain, and the team will help you triage what is happening over the phone. Living near the lake usually means more outdoor time, which sometimes means more chipped teeth from a tubing accident or a stray paddle.
Cosmetic Treatments and Smile Makeovers
Teeth whitening, bonding, porcelain veneers, and cosmetic crowns are all options when you want your smile to look the way you remember it. Most patients start with whitening and a consult, and we go from there. We never push cosmetic work; we explain what is possible and let you decide on your own timeline.
Dental Implants and Restorations
If you have lost a tooth, an implant is usually the most stable, longest-lasting replacement available. We also place crowns, bridges, dentures, and All-on-4 implant-supported dentures for patients missing a full arch. Each restoration is custom-made to fit your bite and match the color of your natural teeth.
Athletic and Sport Mouthguards
Lake life means water sports, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and weekend bike rides. A custom-fitted mouthguard protects teeth far better than a boil-and-bite from the sporting goods aisle, and most patients tell us their custom guard is also more comfortable to wear.
Getting to Our Office From Yacht Club Estates
The drive from Yacht Club Estates to our office runs about six miles and takes 10 to 12 minutes in normal traffic. The simplest route is Bells Ferry Road south to GA-92, then turn east. We are at 6199 GA-92, Suite 132, on the right side of the highway.
Parking is on-site and free, with a ground-floor entrance and no stairs to climb. On weekends, when GA-92 traffic lightens up, the trip can be a few minutes faster. Patients coming from the lake side of the neighborhood can also cut through Mars Hill Road if Bells Ferry is backed up.
Insurance, Financing, and the New Patient Special
We are in-network with most major PPO dental insurance plans. If you call and read us your card, we can usually verify coverage in a few minutes. We also work with patients who do not have insurance through CareCredit financing, which lets you spread larger treatments across monthly payments.
For new patients without insurance, the $125 New Patient Exam and X-Rays special covers a full first visit. The $199 option adds a healthy mouth cleaning if you do not have signs of periodontal disease. These are flat prices with no surprises.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
First visits run about an hour. We take a set of digital X-rays, do a full exam, screen for oral cancer, and then sit down with you to talk through what we found. If you need work, we explain it, show you the image of the tooth, and tell you what is urgent versus what can wait. Bring your insurance card and a list of any medications you take. Most of the new-patient paperwork can be filled out online before you arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the drive from Yacht Club Estates to your office?
It depends on where in the neighborhood you live and the time of day, but most patients tell us it is under 10 minutes door-to-door. The route is straightforward along GA-92.
Do you accept my dental insurance?
Probably yes. We are in-network with most major PPO plans. The fastest way to confirm is to call (770) 657-7120 with your card. We will verify in a few minutes.
Can I get a same-day appointment for a toothache?
Yes, in most cases. We hold space in the schedule for emergency patients. Call as early in the day as you can, describe what is happening, and we will work you in.
What if I haven't seen a dentist in years?
You are not the first. We are not going to lecture you. The first visit is a relaxed exam and a conversation about where things stand. From there, we make a plan together based on what you want to address first.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We are a family practice and see kids from their first tooth through their teen years. Many of our patients start as children and stay with us into adulthood.
